At Hawx, we use a learning platform called ConveYour to manage and assign online training courses and send out notifications to employees.

• A ConveYour Learner account will automatically be created for you once you're on the Hawx Portal (Okta).

• Online training courses will be assigned to you on ConveYour based on your team/department.

• When a new training is assigned to you, you will receive a notification (on your work email and phone) with a personalized link to your ConveYour Learner Portal. Follow the link provided in the message to complete the training. The link sent to you takes you straight to your Learner Portal, so there's no need to log in. It is a personalized link just for you, so do not share it with anyone. (Tip: Save your personalized link so you can access your Learner Portal whenever you need to.)

• In addition to notifications about training, ConveYour is also used to send Hawx team members notifications (via work email and text message) about company announcements and other work-related information.
