While logged in to your Hawx Portal account (portal.hawxservices.com), select the Hawx Hub icon in your dashboard to access the Hawx Hub.

The Hawx Hub is our internal resource site.
A “hub" for all kinds of company news and resources, this is where you'll go to search for and access work-related information you'll need, from company announcements to department-specific policies (and much more).
Access to the Hub is limited to Hawx employees (you must be signed into your Hawx Google account on your browser).
Let's go over the main things you need to know to get the most out of the Hawx Hub. Be sure to watch the tutorial videos (below) about the main features of the Hawx Hub.
The Hawx Hub main page is a launch pad to company resources you'll need. Here are the key features to be aware of:
News banner: The green banner near the top of the page has links to news items, including company-wide announcements and the monthly newsletter (more info below).
Resource buttons: The green buttons below take you to some key pages, like Employee Support, the Service Index, the Corporate Directory, and so on.
Quick Links: The Quick Links drop-down menu in the top right corner lets you jump to some commonly used pages.
Tip: Get directly to the Hawx Hub by going to hub.hawxservices.com (bookmark this URL). You just have to be logged in to your work email account on your browser for this URL (or any other Hawx Hub hyperlink) to work. If you ever run into access issues (e.g. you get an error screen upon clicking a link to the Hawx Hub), check to make sure that you are logged in to your work account (portal.hawxservices.com).
Select the drop-downs for a breakdown of each news channel on the Hawx Hub (each of these is linked to in the green news banner on the main page).
Announcements
Big company announcements are posted here.
Recent announcements are featured on the main page of the Hawx Hub.
You'll get a notification (text message and/or email) when announcements are published that are applicable to you.
Hawx Happenings
Posts about recent company events (and other shareable content) are published here (similar to a social media wall).
Employees submit Hawx Happenings (on the Hawx Happenings page) to have posts added.
New Hawx Happenings are shared with relevant Google Spaces, featured on the Hawx Hub main page, and included in the company newsletter.
Hawx Newsletter
A company newsletter comes out once a month with key dates, employee spotlights, and other culture-building content and information to keep everyone at Hawx plugged in to what’s going on around the company.
You'll get a notification (text message and email) with a link to view the newsletter each month.
Hawx Hub Change Log
Every update to the Hawx Hub is documented on this page. Use the Hawx Hub Change Log to stay on top of changes that are made at Hawx (policy changes, new resources available, and so on).
On occassion, you may receive a notification with a link to the Change Log if a new change is especially relevant to you.
The biggest and most useful part of the Hawx Hub is the Knowledge Library. Almost everything available on the Hawx Hub is housed in the Knowledge Library, from company-wide policies to department resources and more. Once you've opened the Knowledge Library (using the button on the main page or the Quick Links in the top right corner), you'll see a navigation menu on the left, a search bar in the top right corner, and green buttons in the middle of the page with links to each department's landing page in the Knowledge Library.
If you ever have questions or need support related to your job, the Knowledge Library is the first place you should search.
Tip: Get good at using the search bar in the Knowledge Library, because it's the easiest way to find what you're looking for! Almost all of the resources on the Hawx Hub are housed within the Knowledge Library, which means you will be able to find them by searching the Knowledge Library.
One Knowledge Library resource to be aware of is the page on Google Chat + Google Spaces. Before you start using Chat and Spaces, read this page to make sure you're caught up to speed on best practices for communicating with other Hawx team members.

Using the "Employee Reference" button on the Hawx Hub main page or the Quick Links in the top right corner, you can quickly access our Employee Reference page (housed in the Knowledge Library). Here you can find all of our Handbooks, Safety Initiatives, and links to other company policies and procedures. When you need to reference the current version of any Handbook, this is where you'll want to go.
The Hawx Hub is designed to provide you with all the information you need as an employee, including information about employee benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and more. This is all available from our Employee Services page (housed in the Knowledge Library).
Access this page by clicking on the "Employee Services" button on the Hawx Hub main page or using the Quick Links. From there, you'll see links to pages with the info you need.
Note: Not all Hawx employees are eligible for the benefits described on the Hawx Hub. If you have questions, reach out to your manager.
Benefits questions? Need IT assistance? Questions about payroll? Use the Employee Support page to get help with or find contact info for common questions or problems. The Employee Support page is stored within Employee Services, but you can quickly access it through the "Employee Support" button on the Hawx Hub main page or in the Quick Links.
The Hawx Hub main page and Quick Links also have buttons that link to our Operations and Corporate Directories.
Operations Directory: Use the Operations Directory to find the contact info for our Operations Managers in each Team or Region!
Corporate Directory: The Corporate Directory is the best way to find contact info for our corporate employees. This page also includes role descriptions, which you can use to learn who does what on the corporate team.
Managers can launch the Manager Hub through the Quick Links or by clicking the button on the Hawx Hub main page. Managers can also pull it up at manager.hawxservices.com (as long as they're logged in to their work account on their browser).
The Manager Hub houses the Hawx Supply Center (for ordering/procuring supplies), the Hiring Guide (with information about our hiring process), resources about using Paylocity as a manager, and more. If you are a manager at Hawx, make sure to get to know the resources available on the Manager Hub.
