After you complete the onboarding tasks on Paylocity, our People Operations team will verify your information. Note: since this is a manual process, there may be a slight delay.
Once your info has been verified, you'll get another email in your personal email account. This email will come from Okta with the subject line: "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT: Welcome to the Hawx Portal!"

Click the button in the email to start activating your Hawx Portal account.
During the activation process, you will be required to download and log in to an authenticating app called “Okta Verify” on your phone or computer. Once you receive your work device(s), you'll want to log in to Okta Verify on those as well.

Powered by Okta, the Hawx Portal is a one-stop login solution for everyone in the company. The Hawx Portal has two key features:
Single Sign-on (SSO): The Hawx Portal allows Hawx team members to use one simple sign-in process to access every application used for work. (This means you don't have remember 20 different logins!)
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA): The Hawx Portal also enables enhanced security through Multi-Factor Authentication.
