Check your personal email account for two emails from Hawx. These emails are automatically sent out by Paylocity (our payroll system) once you enter our system as a new hire.
First email: The subject line of this one is "Welcome to Hawx Services LLC." This email provides you with our company ID and your Paylocity username.

Second email: The subject line of this one is "Hawx Services LLC Password." As the subject line suggests, this email gives you a password for Paylocity.

Click the orange button (in either email) to log in to Paylocity using the information provided in these emails (Company ID, Username, and Password).
Once logged in to Paylocity, you will see onboarding tasks that you need to complete. Completing these tasks involves electronically signing documents like the Employee Handbook and various Agreements. You'll also upload photos of your driver's license, Social Security card, etc. for your I-9 Form, and input your banking information for direct deposit.
On your first day, bring the documents you uploaded photos of during the onboarding process.
After you've completed all of your onboarding tasks in Paylocity, select the button below to continue.

Paylocity is our payroll and human resource information system.
Employees use Paylocity to complete the onboarding process, manage tax and banking information, view their schedules, manage their time card, and submit time off requests.
Our People Operations team periodically uses Paylocity to facilitate training and other initiatives that affect all employees (when this happens, you will receive a notification from Paylocity to complete a task).

Pay periods at Hawx are bi-weekly, so Hawx employees are paid every other Friday.

Log in to Paylocity on their website (access.paylocity.com/) or through the Paylocity Mobile app (available in the app store). Once your Hawx Portal account is set up, you can also easily access Paylocity via the Hawx Portal (portal.hawxservices.com).
