While logged in to your Hawx Portal account (portal.hawxservices.com), access your work email by clicking on the Gmail icon on your Hawx Portal dashboard.
The first time you open your work email, you'll see a Google login screen. Enter the same email address used to activate your Hawx Portal account (the one ending in @hawxservices.com).

Note: If you aren't sure what your work email address is, it is listed at the bottom of the "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT: Welcome to the Hawx Portal" email you received earlier.
Your work Gmail account also gives you access to Google's instant messaging tools.
Google Chat and Google Spaces are the instant messaging tools that are available directly through your work email account.
At Hawx, we use these messaging tools to facilitate real-time communication within and between different teams.
Google Spaces are set up for each department/team in the company. You will be added to one or more Spaces based on your department/team.
Google Chats are used to communicate with smaller groups or 1:1.
Hawx employees must follow the Google Chat + Spaces Guidelines while using these messaging tools (these are available on the Hawx Hub—more on this later).
How to Access Google Chat and Spaces
While logged in to your work email on the Gmail app, you can easily access your Chats (and Spaces) on the bottom menu (see adjacent screenshot).
You can also access your Chats (and Spaces) when logged in to gmail.com via the left side menu.
You can also access Google Chat at chat.google.com or through the Google Chat app on your phone.

All Hawx employees have a work email account set up through Google Workspace.
After you activate your Hawx Portal account during the onboarding process, you'll gain access to your Hawx email account.
This is the email address that Hawx will use to send you all work-related emails and event/calendar invites applicable to you.
Use your Hawx email account to send and receive all work-related emails. If you have been issued a work phone, set your phone up to automatically notify you when you receive work emails.
While logged in to the Hawx Portal (portal.hawxservices.com), click the Gmail icon on the dashboard. You can also log in at gmail.com (using your account ending in @hawxservices.com).
